Introduction to running hurt

When you turn 40, either give up running or realize that you will never run unless you accept that you will have to deal with constant nagging injuries. When you are my age there are aches and pains and chronic injuries that will attempt to dissuade you from running. So, either give up running altogether and become a swimmer, or deal with them. Here's how I do it. Stay tuned.
