fall running

Achilles injury healing slowly. Back to 4-5 miles per day. I'm starting to alternate treadmill runs with outdoor runs. I'm hoping to keep things going through the winter anticipating some 5K runs in late spring 2009. Just turned 50 so I have to teach myself patience and not try to do too much too soon. This is definitely my favorite time of the year to run though....cool weather. More later.
